Dr. Mak Abulhosn and his staff make every effort to provide the highest quality of care available for all of your foot and ankle needs. Dr. Mak’s personal history in a variety of athletic endeavors has led him to specialize in sports-related issues. Committed athletes and participants of any recreational activity alike will benefit from his orthotic therapy, conservative measures and sport-specific training guidance. Dr. Mak also has substantial experience in treating diabetic and geriatric-related issues.

A native Seattleite, Dr. Mak attended the University of Washington where he received his Bachelors Degree in Chemistry in 1995. He is a graduate of the California College of Podiatric Medicine - Class of 2000, and completed his surgical and medical residency at the Veterans Hospital in Palo Alto, CA.

Dr. Mak is very involved in the local community and has been a member of the active Mercer Island Rotary Club since 2006 and will be president in 2014. You can often find him on the sidelines or in the dugout coaching his two sons. As an avid sports fan, he enjoys attending Husky athletic events as well as Seahawks, Mariners and Sounders games.

Our offices are conveniently located on one of the main streets of the downtown area of Mercer Island. The office building is directly across the street from the Mercerdale Park and near the Rite Aid Pharmacy.
